The premise contains several locked closet and cabinet doors with pad locks or combination locks. These areas are not common areas or included as a rental space for guests. Attempting to gain entry into these areas will result in the immediate removal of all guests, criminal and/or civil prosecution. 6. The City of Ft. Lauderdale has required a noise level (decibel) meter be installed in the apartment. Ord. Sec. 17 requires no loud Noises/parties inside the premises.
