House Rules
1. This rental is located within a condo/resort and host requires the following prior to booking: a. Person booking/Guest provide gov't ID prior or immediately after booking approval. b. Provide the total number of guests adult/children. c. Provide the First, Last name & cell phone of all adult guests staying. 2. A Short-Term Rental Lease is required after the booking has been accepted. Violation of the house rules, lease and/or Air BnB guide lines by guests and guest visitors will result in the removal of all guests from the property. 3. The exterior areas of the resort and exterior front apartment door has security cameras. Guests shall not obstruct, disable, interfere with (in any way) the security cameras. 4. The premise is for residential use only. No business of any kind shall be conducted within the rented premise. No filming equipment, party equipment, etc. 5. The premise contains several locked closet and cabinet doors with pad locks or combination locks. These areas are not common areas or included as a rental space for guests. Attempting to gain entry into these areas will result in the immediate removal of all guests, criminal and/or civil prosecution. 6. The City of Ft. Lauderdale has required a noise level (decibel) meter be installed in the apartment. Ord. Sec. 17 requires no loud Noises/parties inside the premises.
